Employment Verification & H1B Visa Documents - Visitor V

Hi,

I am planning to bring my parents to the US for a short time of around 3 months during the summer on a visitor visa. I need some clarifications regarding the employment verification since I recently changed my employer after coming to the US.

The H1B visa on my passport is from the old company and the employment letter will be from the new company. Would this be a problem? I would really appreciate if some one could help me out.

Here is exact documents I would be submitting:

1. Copy of H1B Visa on passport from Company A (old company)
2. Employment Letter from Company B (new company)
3. Copy of EAC Receipt from Company B (new company)
4. Pay stubs from Company B (at this point I have only 1)
5. Should I submit couple of paystubs from the Company A (old company) ?
6. Should I submit the copy of I-797 from Company A (old company)?

Please let me know if this would be ok. I dont want my parents to go through all the trouble just to get the visa rejected. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
