My aunt has 10 year B-2 visa. She came to USA via JFK last week. At JFK, Immigration offcie gave her 1 month status. On back of I-94, IIO wrote "Stay limitied to 1 month".
I am thinking to file for extension. I have a question on that.
1)        If extension not granted, she will leave with in a week. Then What happens to her 10 year visa? Is that canceled automatically because of extension not granted?
2)        When she comes back next time, will there be any problem because of extension denial/approval?
