    Hi,
I am applying for my parents' visitors visa and getting all the documents together. My brother and his wife are expecting their first baby due in August this year.To prove ties to India, is it okay to mention for my parents that their son and daughter in law are expecting their first child in August and they need to go back to India for help during delivery/new baby in August?if so, should they keep pics of son and DIL with them?
    Thank you.

thanks orion, although I don't understand how it can't be a good reason.....of course I will not use it for the documents, but just wondering.

The reason you stated may not be right to people living in USA. In my opinion, it is a good reason in India on ties and the VOs know about it.

If the father of the child to be born was travelling, it would have served as a tie. Not for grandparents, in my opinion.
