Schengen Visa from UK ?

Hi

My parents are staying in india.. they are visiting my in UK.. They have already got their UK Visitor visa done... Can I get their schengen visa done after they come to uk or is it necessary for them to get the schengen done in India and then come to uk.

Please advise.
