Docs-photocopy required if carrying original paper---Urgent

My Mother n myself are applying for visitor visa.

The documents which I will be carrying in original (House papers,other proof etc),

1)Do i even need to carry a photocopy of them?(if yes, then 2 copies(mother n myself) are required or single set would do)?

2)Also photocopy of legal document from sponsor(Passport copy,letter of invitation) do i required 2 set or single set would do?

If you are attending together, one original copy will suffice with both your names from the sponsor.
