Couple of questions on I-134/drop box/interview

1. If I am sending papers to my sister and her son, do I need
to fill 2 I-134 form or just one where 9 year old son is listed
(on Q3: Name of children accompanying or following to join person)

2. Since my sister is applying for first time, does her son also
need to go for interview.

3. Did anyone apply thru drop box in Chennai? If so how long
does it take for the process to be completed
4. Is DS-157 form required in Chennai?

Please remember that with suggested documentation, it is not necessary to submit duplicates. For instance, if a couple is going to visit a relative in the U.S., one copy of an AOS (Affidavit of Support) or salary details or a NOC (No objection Certificate) or property documents is sufficient. Each applicant does not need to submit a separate copy.

Question is why a seperate AOS for a minor (9 -year old son)?
If they are asking for one AOS for both parents, why a 9 year old kid needs if we submit for his mom (my sister)
