can i attend b2visa while having h1b visa plzzzzzzzzzzz advice me

hi all
thanx in advance for replying me
my first question is: can i have to visas i.e, visitor visa and h1b visa in a single passport to the same country(U.S)
second question : i have h1b visa which is valid from aug 2007 to sept 2010 in between 2times i visited U.S on my h1b visa for a short period i.e, from feb to march(1month) and in may for 25days after that i came back to the country where i attended my h1bvisa(i didnt work in U.S due to health problem) now my problem is that i want to visit my home country i.e, INDIA so can i travel to india via U.S on my h1b visa or do i need to attend b2visa(visitor visa) if i attend visitor visa do the councellor will cancel my h1b visa(i dont want to loose my h1b visa)so plzz anyone can help me out by replying by questions.

1. Yes
2. H1b remains as is. Hope you have documents to prove so or it seems like a LOA to cover up unpaid bench period. You cannot use H1b visa for transit.
