Visitor visa approved once, but did not travel

Hello,
I would like to sposor my aunt and am a GC holder. She was given visa couple of years back, but she did not travel because of some health reasons. This time I am sponsoring her and she will be applying again. I guess she should have strong chance of getting visa for second time, right?

Are there any negatives because she didn't travel last time?
