I have yesterday on 30th March applied for Non Immigrant B2 Visa for myself and my wife on line. Our appointment date is 16th April 2009.
After downloading DS-156 of my wife I found that I have wrongly filled Q 11 that is place of her birth. It should be" Lakheri" instead of "Bundi" which is a ditrict under which is "Lakheri" town.
I immiediatly on the same day sent an Email to help desk VFS Kolkata. Today, on 31st March I have received their reply that no modification can be done for Q 1-14 in DS-156. However upon contacting them over the phone I was told to correct it by hand.
Will it be OK to do that?
A reply ASAP will be greatly appreciated.
