My m-i-l is going to renew her expired visa,

Questions on form I134:

Q 9: That if I have previously submitted Affidavit of support?

-> Should we mention the first time my m-i-l applied
-> If applying for my parents, should I mention both attempts of my m-i-l

Q 10: That I have submitted visa petitions?

-> This is only for GC - correct?

Also on DS-156 (my m-i-l was denied once b4 being given 6 monthe visa) .. Should we say that in Q31

10. That is yes if you have sponsored someone's greencard (Don't write anything if you got your greencard through employer and your spouse was included in that too.)

DS-156. Write whatever the truth. If she is denied, write that.
