In the applicant's affidavit, the person writes about his/her financial accounts. Is it better to itemize all the bank deposits, or provide one summary that one has so much of money in bank accounts? Thanks.

These sound like silly questions:
In writing a numerical value, should we write for example Rs 10,00,000 or Rs 10 lakh or Rs 1,000,000?
Is is better to convert to US dollars and write that amount in brackets? -

It does not matter. American officer in US consulate know a lot about and how everything is written, calculated.
Don't write Rs 1,000,000 That is US format. That would look unnatural.Immihelp Support
