  • sponsoring visa/income question

    Hello,
My parents are applying for visitors visa, my husband will be the sponsor and I am sending my parents my husbands pay stubs, tax return, employer letter etc.
My question is...I am a physician but self employed.Should I also attach my pay stubs without being really the sponsor just to show stronger finances??what is the best way to do it?my parents don't have much of bank balance, father is retired and does not have a steady regular income currently[he looks after his ancestral farm]
    Thanks.

Sponsoring and showing finances go together. If you are sponsoring, you can show your finances. If you are not showing your finances as part of the sponsoring, it does not mean anything to show finances.

Yes, thanks. My issue though is, at interview,VO might ask my parents about my occupation and they will mention 'doctor', I am not sponsoring as I am self employed and showing all those documents is a hassle as opposed to my husband, he can get it from his employer easily.... the fact that I am not sponsoring is how risky?any insight will be a BIG help.

        It does not matter.

Even if you are self employed, you must be filing tax returns. Show those. It is not that complicated.
