    Hello,
    Yesterday(friday) My father and sister has gone visa interview.
    My husband was sponsoring.They have not seen any papers prepared by father.
    My sister and father went in the same window together. he has give n ym father visa for 10years.
    then he asked my sister are you married? my sister said "No" but i have have my job she is working in college and she tried to show a letter from her college.. her vacationtime apponiment letter.. but the officer was upset and said don't argue..
    and then asked again are you married? she said "no" then he said you might go and settle in US. she said i have my job over here.
    but he was upset?
    please tell me what should i do? i don't know what to do?my father also told that she is here in india we have to come back. but he said you can reaapply..
    please guide me urgently..

    It is unfortunate, but it depend on who interviews you. Although, i'm assuming she was going to be denied regardless for lack of evidence. Re-apply and try again don't try to talk your way into getting a Visa, just act friendly and smile and be happy about the opportunity to visit U.S. and spending money there and coming back. All they care about is you will spend money in U.S. and you will leave after your visit. Have proof of these when you file for a Visa as evidence.
