sponsor documents when the visitors are going to spend for the visit

Hai,

My sis, brother-in-law and their four yr old son are planning on visiting me this summer. I am a grad student here. I have already gotten the visitor visa for my mom two years back. Can i sponsor my sis visa too? Is it possible that I can just send them the invitation letter alone while they can take care of the expenses as both of them are employed and are planning to come for a month during summer? In that case what are the documents that i need to send them and what special documents do they need to prepare?

Thank you very much, If I send her the invitation letter, then do I have to fill out the i134 form also ? and if so, then do I have to specify that I dont intend to support this person (item 11 in i134 form) since they are going to spend for the travel and living expenses here? Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

If you are not sponsoring, you don't have to fill Form I-134.
