Rejection of B2 visa for my brother's heart operation

Hi,

My brother is undergoing a heart operation in USA. He is single. His age is 29. So his company gave request letter to issue a B2 visa to me. All necessary documents also has been faxed by his company in USA.

I am working in a MNC software company. My comapnay is given a letter saying i am going in a leave and will be back after 3 months.

But my application is rejected. Can u reapply for the same again.

His company as well as my company is trying to help me out in this.

What can do now...............
