Visitor's Visa/Green Card Application Pending

Hello

My wife used to work in US on H1 till march 08 and we moved back to india after 6 years of her H1. Her GC application is pending through me( i have green card) and her employer..Can she get visitors visa to enter US or is there a way she can enter US ? Her AP has lapsed.

She can technically get visitors visa but it is extremely difficult.
