Visitor Visa Rejection

B2 visa was rejected on basis of 214B (financial situation), will it be rejected again, if we apply again in short duration?

Is it advisable to have some waiting period to get rid of old record that applicant was rejected on the basis of 214B.

The rejection stays on the system FOREVER. There is no getting around it.

You should only apply when your circumstances have changed and you have more ties to your home country. Applying shortly after a rejection is a waste of time and money.

Ties with back home

Just they checked bank balance, thats it and asked him to go back. I am under impression all parents and in-laws need not have lot of balance. Why they are not evaluating other properties and thier work? What I am trying to understand, is there any comprehensive approach or random process?
