  • Parents Visitor Visa Rejected plzz help

    Hello,

Recently my mother went for her interview, and she mentioned that my sister lives in India where as she lives in USA, officer found it immediately and said that why are you lying and gave a 214(b) form. Many people told us not to mention that both kids are in USA but I guess thats the wrong thing we did. next time we dont know what to say if the officer asks about why did you lie last time. Iam trying to reapply for her visa which one would be better to do following are the scenarios :

    1. My sister is graduating in June,so shall we send graduation invitation letter and her I-20 for support will that be of any help with me sending papers.

    2. Sticking to my old papers.

    3. My sister sending papers she is married and on F1.

Plzzz help, Highly appreciate your help.

    Thank you very much.

    You reap what you sow.

Lying can get you banned FOREVER from obtaining immigration benefits.

      1. Last time she was in india and now she is graduating!
      2. Your best bet.
      3. Someone nonexistant in US is sponsoring now!

If asked, you must come clean that you lied last time.
