Parents Income for visitor visa

Hi My father is retired and does receive any pension.I and my sister are supporting my parents.My sister is in India and I live in USA.My father is collecting the rent of one of our appartment in India and he uses it. Can we tell this in Visa interview? Will this be a problem that my father does not have proper income?
