i got visa for three months in india, when i entered USA they(port of entry) gave I-94 for 6 months. so i stayed for 6 months when i returned before one day of I-94 validity, they striked out the barcode of my visa. NOw i may get H1B Is there any problem i will get in visa interview please help me out

No problem.

Visa stamp is just for entering into the US. You can stay until the day specified on I-94 form.
