Is visitor visa requiring H1b Approval notice (I797)?

Hi,

I have some concerns regarding my parent’s visitor B2 visa. I have valid H1 visa approval notice (I-797 Notice of Action) till March 2011 from my previous employer (ABC Inc). And also my passport has valid H1b visa stamp. I had transferred my H1b to my current employer (PQR Inc) few months back and got RFE (Request for Evidence) in H1B transfer process. USCIS asked for end client letter for further H1b process which I have send to them. Currently I only have H1B transferred receipt notice of my current employer (PQR Inc) but don’t have approval notice (I-797) as the transfer process is still going on. Now I am willing to call my parents on B2 visitor visa. I have following queries:

1. Does my parent’s B2 visa process require approval notice (I-797) of my current employer (PQR Inc)? As I have mentioned before I currently only have H1b transferred receipt notice.

2. I got RFE in H1b process with my current employer. Will my RFE create any problem in my parent’s visa process?

3. If required can I submit my previous employer’s H1b approval notice (I-797) which is valid till March 2011 and current employer’s H1b receipt notice for my parent’s visitor visa interview?
