Can I sponsor my parents and sister(married) at the same time? Please help me.

Hi,
I would like to sponsor my parents(first time) and also wanted to invite my sister and her 1yr old kid(my B-In-Law is having visitor visa).


I have gone through the IMMIHELP website and read pages on visitor visa, but still I have some questions.

My Parents Visa- Question.
1. If I sponsor them, do they need to show any bank statements or property documents? My father is retired from ra***ays and he is getting his pension.

My Sister and her child -Questions.
1. Can I send invitation to my sister and her 1 yr old child. I am not sponsoring my B-in-Law(currently he is working in Muscat) as he already had one. Btw, they can sponsor the visit.

2. If Yes, what are the documents I need to send her.( Invitation letter will be sufficient, right?)
3. Will it be a good idea to have both of them go for stamping at the same time?

Please help me.

One more question.
1. Does the invitation letter is required for my sister at all, as her Husband is sponsoring her and will give all the required documents?
2. Do my parents has to get a letter for Tie with the India? If yes to whom I have to request.
3. Is it okay to send 2 W2 forms instead of 3(I am staying in US since 3 years).
4. Regarding DOB- I dont have anything like that, I usually use my 10th class certificate for the proof. Do I need request one from the Municipal office?
