Father's name mismatch on passport and other property Docs..Pls help

My In-Laws are attending for visit visa. In my Father-In-Law's Documents, his father name is shown different on passport and on property Documents.

Example, on the passport it is shown as 's/o Anjaneyulu', but on property Docs & on Bank Statements it is shown as 's/o Anjaiah'. (The property Docs are in Telugu).

Will this be a problem? Please share your suggestions on this.

Can we do a affidavit stating that his (FIL) father carried 2 different names?
