Hello,
My Parents visa was rejected at the Mumbai Consulate, there is no reason specified as to why its rejected. The officer just marked application received and returned the passport back.
My dad owns a business and he carried all the documents with him including some photos, the officer kept asking for his visiting card, unfortunately he was not carrying it. He had all the latest income tax papers, property papers, all my latest documents. We are going to retry again and hope for the best.
The visa officer never even gave them a chance that they have strong ties back in India, besides my dad is above 60 and my mom close to 60. I have a elder brother, sister and all close family India. My parents have no intentions of staying here in US permanently.
Can anyone please suggest if we should wait for some time and then re-apply again. Also if there are other documents which would be helpful the next time they go for visa again.
Any help appreciated.
