My parents are going for a visa next month for a 2nd attempt. Last time their visa got rejected and officer said that your daughter is studying and she has converted her visa from H4 to F1 and you will do the same. My father is retired and mom is still working last time they haven't looked at their paapers at all and simply rejected the visa. Now I am on H1b and green card is under processing and I am sponsoring my parents visa, I also send my husband's papers. Now do you think I should tell them to apply one after another. Is it going make any difference?
