Hi,
My in-laws visited the US for about 2.5 months last year and returned india in November 2003.
My Mother-in-law need to visit us again in the US next month.
Is there any rule or restriction that will cause her visitor visa application to be rejected(because she is applying too soon again? (less than 6 months since her last visit) )
I have heard that if you are applying for a visitor visa and your last trip was less than 6 moths ago, you could be rejected.
Is this true??
Please post any recommendations/advise/tips/replies.
Thank you.
Ajay
