Hi,
We have GC + re-entry permits. We had to come back to India for family reasons and are working in India for the past 1+ year. Now we want to go back to US (at least for couple of months). We have bank accounts in US and have been paying taxes. I would like to take my mom along with me this time. Regarding her visitor visa sponsorship, I have couple of questions :
1. We have cousins who are working in US. Can they sponsor my mom ? Will this be ok ? what are the chances of rejection in this case ?
2. If not, how can I take my mom along with me ? I dont have paychecks or any supporting documents generated in US as I am working here. I can provide all the required documents from my current company here in India.. will that be fine ?
3. What's the best suggested way ? Please suggest me something soon. As we have to fly soon.
