My Parents 10 year B2 Visa is expiring Sep 2009, what is the procedure to follow the renewal and when should we apply for that .

I didnot find anything regards this on your website Immihelp.com Or maybe i overlooked,please advise.

You can't renew it. You have to do it all over again.

Immihelp,
I have a doubt on the Previous post. If the visitor visa is applied now and assuming it is granted, then from what date the visitor visa will be applicable?
As per OP, the current visa is valid till sep 2009. Will it be after the expiry of the previous visa or granted at the time of interview being attended now?
Pl enlighten.

It will be from the date of approval of the visa + 10 years.
