Hi
I am planning to call my parents for 3 months. I am here on H1B and my Visa/I-94 got expired on Feb 04,2004 but i have already applied for Visa extension on Dec 15 and i have Notice of Action receipt from INS that its under process . Is there any chance that my parents visa may get rejected if i send H1B Receipt Notice not the actual H1B Paper as i will be getting it may be only after a months or so. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
