Damaged Visa Page

My Mother in law is visiting US currently, last week my younger son scribbled on the visa page with ball pen and her face on visa page is damaged

What do I need to get this corrected and Is it ok for travel back home

She should be fine. Protect her passport from now on, and specially her I-94 card. She will most probably need a new visa next time she wishes to enter.
