hi, got an f2b petition w/ my 2 kids but not yet current, my dad is critically ill so i applied for b2 visa last april, got denied bec of 214b. now i'm planning to reapply. i ask a visa consultant and said he will prepare an affidavit of emergency etc. but can't afford their service thats why i decide to do it on my own. I got here med recrd, med cert of my dad, my employmnt cert, bank statement, and also an AOS from my sister w/c is in usa. but this time I decide on my second application that i'll be the one paying for my trip and show that i can support my self during the period. I really want to see my dad. do you think I have a chance? and what is that medical emergency affidavit? is it needed? please help. i want to spend some time w/ my dad.
