Please help me ....

My husband is going to sponsor my parents visitor visa.
I have the following doubts:

1. My father draws his income by collecting rent from his properties. He has no business or not employed in hids life.
What should I have to mention in the "Present occupation"????

2. Do I have to fill the online fillable 156 form only after getting the HDFC receipt OR can i just print the information in the pdf form and take the print out for them to take it to the embassy during interview???

3. They are going to apply at the chennai consulate. We are planning to invite them in the last week of july. They have not got the HDFC bank receipt yet and we are yet to send the papers(mostly in a week).

How easy is to get appointment dates in TAMIL in chennai? Are we late already???

4. I got the bank verfication letter dated Apr 3rd,09. If they attend the visa interview in june....the letter will be around 3 to 4 months old...is that oK???

3. First get the appointment and send the papers with the dates close to the appointment dates.
Depends on your luck. You may not be late as they open it up only few weeks before. WIth the Hyd consulate opening, there should be considerable drop from AP visitors.
