Regarding Tourist Visa - DS-165 form

Hello,

I am currently on h1b visa and would like to call my parents to US.
My husband will sponsor the visa for my parents. In this case since my status is working do I need to send my latest pay stubs and employer details?

Or only my husband needs to submit I-134,employers letter and salary stubs and other docs as he is the one who is sponsoring the visa.

You need to send the proof of your legal status and the proof that you are daughter of your parents.
