Visitors Visa Interview Next Week (Answer ASAP)

Hi,

I would like to thank and commend Immihelp team for the support and guidance they are providing to visa applicants for US visa.
Please keep up the great work.

Well,my parents and my younger sister(unmarried) are going for their Visitors Visa interview to the Kolkatta US Consulate next week.
My parents are currently employed in the public sector and my father will be retiring next year.My sister is currently employed in the private sector.
They have their financial statements approved by a C.A,Leave letters and sponsor letter in place.
However my mother has exhausted all her paid leave and will not be able to get a leave letter from her employer.Will this be an issue?
Also will there be an issue as my sister is unmarried?

Could you please provide us with the basic questions that could be applicable to their case.

I would request response at the earliest as they are scheduled for next week.

Interview Next week

First of all how your Mom is visiting USA without any sanctioned leave from her employer?

If the employer has granted her leave without pay/ special leave then she can produce leave sanctioned letter/ note etc. Otherwise the Visa officer can ask her this question.

Regarding your unmarried sister she will have to reply boldly that she has been granted leave and will join back after returning to Kolkata.

I ma also from Kolkata and staff there in US consulate are very good.
