Hi,

My parents are coming for a visit from india but they are going to pay for their tickets themselves. my husband is working here and iam here in dependent visa. I WANT TO KNOW WHO SHOULD PREPARE THE I-134 MY PARENTS OR MY HUBAND( AS HE IS PROVIDING FOOD SHELTER WHEN THEY R HERE) OR BOTH OF THEM OR NOBODY NEEDS TO?
IAN SO CONFUSED, PLEASE HELP I NEED ANSWER ASAP. THANKS.

If your husband is sponsoring them, he needs to provide I-134. Otherwise, no one needs to provide. Your parents can't make I-134 for themselves.
