Urgent: Visitor Visa Reentry

My mom visited me three months ago and stayed for 6 months,she has a multiple entry 10 yrs visit visa.Can she visit me again now after three months stay in india.

My father passed away 2 weeks ago and I am in india with my mom,my mom has all her brothers and sisters in US and I am the only child.I cannot leave my mom alone at this time and I am on a work visa so I cannot take a long time off either.Can my mom come with me even after staying just 3 months in india after her last visit to the US

She could try but the POE officer might give the I-94 for a short stay on this visit.
