i need help visit visa b1/b2

hi,

the US officer refused my visa B1/b2 due to section 214 b after he knows that my son born in us before two years ago while we were in trip to florida

he said that your previouse visa b1/b2 was as visit visa but your wife born there so he refused my visa due to 214 b.

could you advise me what i have to do next nterview? please advise

So why do you want to go to the US this time? Is your wife pregnant again?

Did your wife give birth very prematurely or unexpectedly during the last visit?

If yes, then may be you could carry proof of that during your next interview.

Otherwise the fact is your family intentionally went to the US on a tourist visa so your wife could have an American born baby.

And when you play such games/tricks there is a good chance you will get caught the next time.

Why should the Americans give a second chance to people who take advantage of their visas to do things they are not supposed to be doing on a visitor visa?

Why do you think you deserve another visa? So you can have another US born baby?
