Hello Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of my spouse Rowena. She had travelled to Toronto, Canada on 12th Apr'09 to visit her relatives for a week. During her stay at Toronto, she was diagnosed of Cancer and had to rushed back to her home Country, India, on 14th Apr'09 for immediate medical attention. While leaving Canada, the airline did not take her I-94 and as a result she is still in the possession of her I-94.
I wanted to check the procedure for returning the I-94 to USCIS, if it is required.
