i want to visit my pregnant wife she will deliver on semptember 20, 2009, she's an immigrant, she apply me a petetion but it will took 2 - 5 years. can i apply a visitors visa eventhough i have a pending petetion? thanks for the advice..

yes, you can apply.
I have seen many cases who got the visa as ther relatives has already filled the petetion.
