My parents got their visa rejected twice, once at New Delhi (since they had to come urgently and at that time it was said that they can take appointment at any consulate) on 17 July 2003 saying that they should go to Chennai since they were from Andhra Pradesh and on passports it was stamped refused and were given 218g. Second time in Chennai(July 23), they got rejected for not mentioning that they were refused at Delhi and this time it was not stamped on passport and applications were also given back saying that come again and they were given 214b. My parents are again planning to attend visa in January.
Here my questions are:
In the form DS-156 for question 31 Have you ever been refused a US Visa? Yes / No
WHEN?--------------

1. Should they mention both Delhi and Chennai or only the latest?
2.Should they take both 218g and 214 b papers with them this time?
