Hey guys.
My parents are planning to visit the US this year. They already have a 13 year Visa which has at least 3 more years before it expires. And they have been to the US twice before. I have a few questions:
1. Have there any changes been made to the visitor visas? If so how does this affect their already existing visas? Do they need to do anything to update their visas?
2. Are there any changes in procedure in the entry for B1/B2 holders at the airport?
3. What happens if the passport is set to expire on the 5th or 6th month of their stay in the US? Can they renew it at a US consulate? Or can they renew it in India a year ahead of the expiration date?
I need the answers to these questions before I go ahead and make my parents' travel arrangements. So I would really appreciate your response ASAP.
Thank you.
