Affidivat of assurance doc help
My self and my wife have H1B visa and we are currently located in US. My wife want to bring here parents here for a couple of months. I have prepared all the documents and I am left with preparing affidavit of assurance.
Problem is ::: My inlaws have 2 children my wife and her elder sister. Both are married. My father in law is not government employee but he do some small bussiness back home in the place where he lives. He dont have any responsibilities like unmarried children or parents to take care of. My question is how to prepare assurance document in this case what would be the best possible case. My mother in law's mother is still alive.... Please help me
