Visitor Visa for mother rejected : Mumbai

My mom had a Visitor Visa interview in hindi in Mumbai on 22 May 09.My moms age is 62 years
I am her only daughter in USA,she is wodowed but takes care of her mom and runs a business in India.
VO : Which Visa are you going on ?
Ans : tourist

VO: Why are you going ?
Ans : for Tourism

VO : To whom are you going to?
Ans : My Daughter

VO : Where does she stay ?
Ans : replied

VO : Where does your daughter work?
Ans New Jersey...and started thinking

VO : Where does your daughter work?Say fast
Ans :mom started shivering and numb

VO : Visa Rejected ..
Ans : Momsaid my company name

VO : its rejected and gave 214 B form


Can anyone pls help me what should I do in this case...this is urgent to get the visa...shall I reapply in June..with better interview preparation of mom.I am still confused whether my mom got rejected due to social ties ..or getting nervous..pls help.

Mom got the visa in second attempt : Mumbai

Thanks to this forum..
my mom got the visa second time which was applied within 3weeks of the first rejection.I was the only daughter of my mom,my dad also had expired..
last time my mom became nervous and forgot my company name...
This time she did thorough preparation


Initially only I sponsored..the next time my husband and I both had sponsored..since there had to be some change in the application
VO asked a lot about both of us ..our visa/passport/companies..
what mom's profession was and alsoher property papers..
