My mother visiting US on visitor visa for the second time

Hi,My mother visited US on a visitor visa last year and stayed for 6 months. she has a 10 yr visa. she is comming back to US next month. I would like to know if she needs to show any fresh paperwork like sponsorship documents again at the immigration counters? Or is it ok if she carries all the old sponsorship documents which she used to file her visitor visa last year. ?
