For Gujarat,Ony Mumbai is consulate to apply for visitor visa.Need confirmation

Hi,

I am from Ahmedabad,Gujarat.Applying for visitor visa.

while booking my appoinments with VFS, The webpage shows the available dates.On top of calendar, It displays "NEW DELHI". I hope the appoinments will be booked for Mumbai only not for delhi.

Please clarify the doubt.

HI,

No mate thats not the date visible for mumbai.

You will have to wait or retry by the time date shows as Mumbai.
New Delhi denotes the quota for that particular city.

Does it mean that Gujarat candidates have two consulate option to select from?
1.New Delhi 2. Mumbai
Or
By default It is Mumbai?

Why it shown calendar for Delhi while I am trying to take appoinments.
I havent seen a calendar of mumbai while trying to book appoinments.
