It was mentioned that copies of the air ticket are to be provided to match the extended date of the stay in USA.
Our I-94 is up to 08/11/09 return ticket is on 08/06/09
I want to extend the tourist visa for my mother and father till 02/11/10(i.e six months extension of stay in usa). My question is that can I submit the original return flight ticket or do I have to extend the ticket and submit the new copy of the return ticket(possible date of departure01/10/10) . But my problem is that I am not sure my parents stay will be extended or denied.
