    Hello,

    I am USA on F1 (came here on F2). My husband is on H1.

    My husband will be sending I-134 for my parents because I wont be able to show finances. My question is will my independant status be a problem, I mean I haveing independant status and my husband sponsoring parents - will that be a problem?
