    Please need help on expired visitor visa

    Please help. My cousin was here from Yugoslavia on a visitor visa. We took a cruise to Bahama's before here visa expired. They automatically gave here 6months extra. we were so happy. She was to leave in June but stayed until Sept. She went back to Germany where she grew up and has finally gotten her citizenship with Germany. So now she has a German Passport and no longer Yugoslavia. Will they ever let her back in??? She knows she made a big mistake. I was wondering that if she has a new passport would she still show in computer as staying past visa. What should she do to come back legally. Thanks

    Please clarify whether she stay beyond extra 6 months that she got.
    Was original stay expiring in June or was extended stay expiring in June?

      They gave her 6months extra from the cruise and she stayed past that 3 months
