B2 visa

Hi
I am planning to invite my brother who is 50 years old and 3 cousins (35 years old) on B2 VISA for 2 weeks. How can they get their VISA without rejection? Which is the best way to get them here? They all well settled in India and They just want to come for 2 weeks. I am worried about their VISA, any help/advice apreciated.
