I have a question about filing out the right forms to apply for a tourist visa for my fiance's son. He lives in China, we both live in the US. My fiance became a US citizen almost 3 yeas ago and her son just turned 15.
We filed for her mother a year and half ago and her mother visited us for 6 months and left before her visa expired. We filled out the DS-157 here and sent the other forms to her to take to the US Consulate during her interview.
We're concerned he won't be able to come visit this summer. We also filed for her brother at the same time as her mother so he could excort her to America but he got denied. Her mother is 78 years old, she needed help to get here.
Is it better for us to fill out the DS-157 online here and send her son the DS-156 and I-134 form in China?
